Parman Powish Engineering and Management Services Company, by using knowledge areas, processes adapted from PMBOK standard, experiences from several similar projects in the role of project management, using the knowledge and experience of personnel familiar with current standards of project management (which sometimes have PMP certificate) as well as the use of related software such as MS Project, Primavera, Access and Excel, to develop project management methodology and customize it for different projects.

Project management services are performed in three phases: initial phase, implementation phase and termination phase. In the initial phase, three steps are examined before choosing the elements of the project, during the selection of the elements, and after the selection of the elements. The first step is related to the preparation and approval of documents, including the master plan, the contract of other elements, the attachments related to the description of the services of other elements, the tender notice, the RFP and the bidder evaluation worksheet. The second step is to review the documents of the bidders, hold clarification meetings, prepare the final list and scores of the bidders, and cooperate in the selection of the new pillar. The third step also describes the way of the project in the Kick-off meeting.

The second phase is related to the project implementation section, which is to manage the implementation of the processes defined in the project management methodology in an integrated and interconnected manner, after formulating the project strategy and determining the short-term and long-term goals, the operational plan to achieve the goals is set by the project management team and After obtaining the necessary approvals and agreement between all the elements of the project, it is implemented, which has the ability to repeat the processes due to changes in the operational plan and changes in macro and strategic goals. In this phase, one of the tasks of the project management department is related to providing executive procedures to operationalize the central core of the processes.

The third phase is related to the termination phase of the project, which due to the implementation of the procedures by the consultant, is accompanied by periodic evaluations by the consultant to verify the validity of the procedures.
